It will be a workable solution to seek as long as you are using All to MP3 for Mac. It has the ability to cut audio from video so that you can get what you exactly want with no loss of quality.

Step 1. Input Video

First you need to launch All to MP3 for Mac, then click "Open" and in the activated window choose the video file you want to cut and then click "Open".

Step 2. Choose Start & End Point

Switch to "Preview (for Video input only)" tab, drag the slider bar below to the point you want to set as the beginning of the video, then click "Start Time" and you will see the exact time. Choose the end point in the same way.

Step 3. Start Audio Cutting

Now, click "Convert" to start audio cutting. When the process is finished, click "Open" to find the output audio in the source folder with the name of "xxx_1.mp3".
